Durran’s story begins in Jamaica, where he discovered a natural talent for track and a relentless drive to succeed. After moving to the U.S., he earned dual scholarships for athletics and academics. While excelling as a Division I athlete, he pursued an accounting degree at The University of Southern Mississippi, eventually launching a career that would take him from Wall Street to leadership at Bennett Thrasher, where he now serves as Partner in the firm’s Risk Advisory practice.

Durran also gained national recognition as “The Freeze,” the speedster who raced fans between innings at Atlanta Braves home games in the Racetrac's "Beat the Freeze" promotion. He was part of the team’s 2021 World Series Championship run. This role blended athleticism, entertainment, and the demand of successfully executing in front of tens of thousands of people - between those in the ballpark and those watching from afar. His unique ability to perform with the pressure of high expectations reflects the same preparation and poise he brings to boardrooms, keynote stages, executive coaching, and high-stakes client work.
